The main objectives of our system are:

— Define organizational structure and relevant roles and responsibilities
— Identify the processes necessary for the quality management system and their standardization throughout the organization
— Determine the sequence and interactions between these processes
— Decide criteria and methods necessary to ensure an effective implementation of these processes through the identification of adequate indicators
— To preserve Company know-how
— Ensure the availability of resources and their adequate training
— Monitor, measure and analyze these processes through objective quantitative criteria
— Implement actions necessary to achieve planned results and the continual improvement of these processes.

Saga Italia Health Safety & Environment Policy

The main objectives of our system are:

— An efficient HSE organization to implement the HSE Plans
— A qualitative risk assessment study and a risk assessment matrix in order to identify hazards and effects, and to implement procedures, thereby minimizing risk
— Mitigation plans and remedial action procedures to reduce harm arising from any incident
— Monitoring and reviewing performance in order to improve processes and work procedures
— A pro-active and a re-active recording and reporting system.

QHSE Compliance

SAGA acknowledges that QHSE is highly related to operational efficiency and our commitment is to take all reasonable measures to ensure a safe and secure working environment.

Risk Assessments and Field Inspection are usually conducted by our QHSE department in the Project planning phase as well as during the execution period.

This effort involves also our suppliers whose performance must always abide with our quality standards and whose attitude and behaviour towards safety issues is constantly monitored.
